The Practice of Abọrí
In the Akurẹ́ tradition, venerating one's Orí through Abọrí is the most essential spiritual practice. By applying cool water, sacred herbs, and prayers to the crown of the head, the individual washes away spiritual confusion and awakens their divine potential.
